These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Recall Runner, including the Recall Runner mobile application, website, gameplay experience, software, content, products, features, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Recall Runner ("Recall Runner," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using the Service, creating an Account, or otherwise interacting with the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Recall Runner grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This license permits you to download, install, access, and use the Service only as expressly authorized by these Terms.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted herein, Recall Runner and its licensors reserve all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service and the Content, including all Intellectual Property Rights.

Availability of Paid Services may vary by jurisdiction, platform, or device.
Recall Runner Pro ("Pro") is the one-time paid digital offering currently available through the Service.
Unless otherwise specified by Recall Runner, Pro grants the purchasing Account access to:
Pro is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.
Pro is associated with the purchasing Account and may not be transferred, resold, sublicensed, assigned, or exchanged except where required by applicable law.
From time to time, Recall Runner may introduce additional paid content, downloadable content, game modes, expansion packs, digital products, or other offerings.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, such offerings are not included with Pro and may require a separate purchase.
Nothing in these Terms obligates Recall Runner to continue offering Pro indefinitely or to develop any particular feature, update, expansion, or future content.
Prices for Paid Services are displayed before purchase.
Pricing may vary depending upon your location, applicable taxes, exchange rates, promotional offers, platform policies, or payment provider.
Recall Runner reserves the right to modify prices for future purchases at any time.
Price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.
Payments for Paid Services are processed by independent third-party payment providers.
By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you have selected for the total purchase amount, including any applicable taxes or fees.
Recall Runner does not receive or store your complete payment card information.
Your purchase may also be subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the applicable payment provider or platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and current.
Except where required by applicable law or by the policies of the applicable payment platform, purchases of Paid Services are final.
Recall Runner may, in its sole discretion, consider requests for refunds under exceptional circumstances. The submission of a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where purchases are processed through a third-party payment provider or digital storefront, refund requests may also be subject to that provider's applicable policies and procedures.
The Service may integrate with or rely upon third-party products, services, software, platforms, or infrastructure to provide functionality, authentication, payment processing, cloud services, analytics, diagnostics, communications, or other operational features.
Your use of such third-party services may be governed by separate terms, conditions, and privacy policies established by the respective providers.
Recall Runner does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or practices of third-party services.
References to third-party products or services do not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation unless expressly stated.
Certain components of the Service may include or incorporate open-source software distributed under applicable open-source licenses.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under any applicable open-source license governing such software.
Recall Runner may, from time to time, release updates, patches, bug fixes, security improvements, content updates, or other modifications to the Service.
Such updates may be delivered automatically or may require you to download a newer version of the Service through the applicable application marketplace or other supported distribution mechanism.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any feature, functionality, gameplay mechanic, Content, or portion of the Service at any time.
While we strive to maintain reliable availability of the Service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, security events, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The Service is intended to provide a fair, secure, and enjoyable experience for all users. You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You must not engage in any activity that interferes with the operation, security, integrity, or intended gameplay of the Service.

You may not use bots, scripts, automation tools, macros, modified clients, cheats, trainers, memory editors, emulators designed to circumvent restrictions, or any other unauthorized software or technology in connection with the Service.

Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying algorithms, architecture, or technical implementation of any portion of the Service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide such Feedback.
Certain areas of the Service may permit you to submit User Content, including usernames, profile information, or other information you voluntarily provide.
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in your User Content.
By submitting User Content through the Service, you grant Recall Runner a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and otherwise use such User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, securing, and providing the Service.

While Recall Runner strives to provide a reliable, secure, and enjoyable experience, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from defects.
From time to time, the Service may be unavailable or experience interruptions due to maintenance, software updates, third-party services, network failures, security events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Gameplay features, progression systems, availability of Content, and other aspects of the Service may change over time as we continue to develop and improve Recall Runner.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, Recall Runner disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted enjoyment, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Recall Runner and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Service.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based, including contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if Recall Runner has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Recall Runner's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of:

Nothing in these Terms obligates Recall Runner to continue supporting or maintaining any particular feature or functionality indefinitely.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, business practices, or other operational needs.
When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Service or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Recall Runner regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings relating to the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Failure by Recall Runner to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other rights available to Recall Runner.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Recall Runner's prior written consent.
Recall Runner may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
Nothing contained in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and Recall Runner.
